Additional Christmas/Holiday season** Homework :

Find a cool video on the web, post their address in this post comments and prepare an oral presentation (150- 500 words / 2 to 5 minutes) about it.

**Cf Since the 1990s during this time of year, the decorated tree that sits on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol building has been called "Capitol Holiday Tree." But House Speaker Dennis Hastert wants to return Christmas to the Capitol tree, recommending that it be renamed the "Capitol Christmas Tree." How does the use of "Christmas" and "holiday" affect various communities?

About this you can listen to an easy radio program:

Behind the times

Lots and lots of blogging to catch up with. It's true you haven't been very active with those blogs so far but it might change, don't you feel like it?

Don't forget to go regularly to Englishroom:

You've got to use the evolving material that is given you here...
Use the net to improve yourself, not to lose yourself.
Sorting out information is a key to success.

Anyway, after having worked on a one-night stand (with both TS)
- with the TS spo, we'll work on "The Story of an Hour" by Kate Chopin and also on the text entitled: Will the New Licensing Act change or jeopardize the British drinking culture?
dealing with alcohol-related behaviours.
- with the TS, since we're not working as efficiently as i expected, we'll work on pages 62-63 of Insight. ...if you're without the book, make photocopies!
